Fitting a new ribbon to a Reslo ribbon microphone

These microphones are very easy to work on. The ribbon is often in poor condition and a good new one makes a lot of difference. There are nearly always dirt and magnetic particles in the gap, which must be very carefully cleaned out.
	The Reslo gap width varies slightly. 2.3mm will be too wide for some.
